It takes us roughly 5 working days to get things set up for you and then we start running your ads. Results – in the form of booked appointments – can appear the first day your ads run. Although we would expect it to take a few days before the specific set-up we’ve created for you finally beds in.
From there, we refine your ads as results come in, looking for small improvements in order to increase overall results. That can take 3 – 4 weeks. But you’ll be getting appointments in the meantime – and we’ll be aiming to run the size of campaign necessary to keep your company fully busy throughout.
Nope. Our system has nothing to do with your website. We create separate landing pages and scheduling pages for our system, and we integrate it all with our own CRM.
We do recommend that you eventually create a website however, because in today's online world, lots of potential clients may want to find out more info about you online first.
To sort out the buyers from the ‘just looking’ requires you to make hundreds of calls and dozens of follow ups. This can takes weeks and result in few or no sales at the end of it.
To qualify as one of our appointments, respondents to our ads have to fill in a questionnaire. People who give us all these details are real leads – people who are serious about buying.
Most agencies send you raw leads and expect you to chase them. You don't have time to call 50 numbers, the ones you do call don't pick up, and when nothing closes, they blame your follow-up. We don't hand off until the work is done: our team calls every lead within 5 minutes, follows up for days, and only confirmed appointments reach you. You don't talk to a single lead until they're sitting in front of your estimator.
That won’t happen.
We routinely refuse to take on clients because their business competes with an existing client’s business.
Rest assured: If you are our client then we will not take on a new client in your area of operation.
Every appointment on your calendar is: a confirmed homeowner (not a renter or window-shopper), inside your service area, with a project type that matches what you do, at a specific date and time they agreed to — and they know your business name and expect your estimator. If it doesn't check every box, it doesn't count toward your pack.
Three. Your business must operate in the United States or Canada. You should be doing at least $500,000 USD in annual revenue. And you need to be serious about growth — this system fills calendars fast, and we need partners with the crew capacity to handle a minimum of 10+ extra estimates a month. Otherwise appointments go to waste and nobody wins.
We spend our own money on ads until you get them. And you don't pay for your next appointment package until you've received the previous full appointment pack. We carry the risk, not you.
